Abstract

Accelerated Talent Navigator (ATN) is a ground-breaking project that transforms the current landscape of talent management and project execution across EU enterprises. The platform integrates advanced AI tools with a unique network of expert mentors to deliver a comprehensive solution encompassing learning, coaching, creativity, execution, rewards, information dissemination, and virtualization. By automating key decision-making processes and streamlining project management, ATN ensures organizations rapidly adapt to constantly evolving market dynamics while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous professional development.

The project addresses the dual challenge of digital transformation and talent development, which are pivotal for achieving scale-up and international competitiveness. ATN’s architecture is built around a modular, cloud-based platform that incorporates intelligent analytics, real-time monitoring, and predictive insights. This facilitates efficient allocation of human and financial resources, enhances project planning, and supports strategic partnerships at national and international levels.

In the first phase, the project will focus on developing the core AI engine and integrating the seven key services in a seamless digital ecosystem. This will be achieved through close collaboration among a consortium of distinguished partners with complementary expertise. Acceleralia, as the project coordinator, will drive the work on platform governance, integration of multi-source data inputs, and ensure compliance with EU standards on data protection and interoperability.

Subsequent phases will include deployment of a mentorship network to provide tailored professional guidance and continuous learning modules, as well as a comprehensive impact and scalability assessment. A dedicated work package will address dissemination and exploitation, ensuring that project outputs are effectively communicated and adopted by stakeholders across the EU, thereby unlocking new opportunities for funding and collaboration. Ultimately, ATN aims to set a new benchmark in the talent tech space, driving measurable improvements in organizational performance and innovation capacity throughout the European landscape.
