Who can apply:
Eligible applicants include research institutions, universities, industry partners, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), non-profit organizations, public authorities, and international organizations. Consortia must include participants from at least three different EU Member States or Associated Countries.

These consortia can include research institutions, universities, industry partners, SMEs, non-profit organizations, public authorities, and international organizations.
